Come Indwelling Spirit,
creating unity wherever you abide.
Visit us with your transforming power.
Holy Comforter, Guide, and Counselor,
invisible yet powerful,
descend like a mighty wind
and fill us with holy fire.
Enlighten our minds,
purify our thoughts,
flood us with love,
lead us to truth,
and fill us with courage.
Grant us your gifts
to serve well in the world,
build up the beloved community,
adore our Creator,
and follow Jesus, the Word made flesh,
through whom we pray, Amen.
